This course consists of ten sessions. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the first class starting on Tuesday February 7.

This course teaches essential knowledge about a boat's electrical and electronic systems, including:

·     Proper wiring

·     Grounding

·     Corrosion and electrolysis control

·     Batteries

·     and their maintenance

·     Depth finders

·     Marine radiotelephones

·     Radar

·     GPS, and other electronic positioning systems
