About the Honolulu Sail and Power Squadron
Our mission is to promote safe boating through education.
We offer boating classes for beginners and for seasoned boaters. Our Basics Boating class is open to the public and is a great place start your boating education.
Our Squadron is located in Honolulu and all of our boating classes are taught in a nautical setting. Please cruise though and enjoy the rest of these pages. Aloha!
Joining the Honolulu Sail and Power Squadron is easy!
Membership is by application and is for anyone who shares our common love of boating, has passed our publicly offered boating class; America's Boating Class.If you have taken the home study or video version of the USPS course but have not taken the examination, arrangements can be made with a local squadron to take the examination.
Active members must be at least 16 years of age; there are no age considerations for family members.
